I hereby release Karankawa Plains Outfitting Company L.L.C. and its employees from any liability to me, my heirs or assigns, because of accidental or intentional injuries or death to myself. I hereby agree that my activities on this date and in the future will be so conducted as to avoid damage to any of Pierce Ranch fences, livestock, equipment or other installations. I also agree to be liable to the ranch for the cost of any and all damages of any kind attributable to, or in connection with, or resulting from accidental or intentional negligence on my part.
